Role & Responsibilities
- Ensuring accuracy of night manager’s cash up
- Following up on discrepancies
- Recording for accounting purposes
- Ensuring all cash onsite is accounted for and recorded
- Processing & filing invoices
- Chasing up credit notes & statements
- Maintaining employee information
- Review CVs submitted and categorise
- Arranging interviews
- Ensure that online recruitment questionnaires are updated
- Monitor and answer emails, phones call and coordinating bookings
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years recent and stable experience in a similar position in bar and restaurant operations.
- Good timekeeping
- Own transport
- Self-motivated, ambitious & driven
- Proficient interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Honest and trustworthy reputation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly responsible & reliable with problem solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
