Featuring: Sheethal Baijoo
Born and bred in the “Sleepy Hollow” town of Pietermaritzburg; Sheethal Baijoo really #LovesBeer. Sheethal grew up in a very liberal; happy-go-lucky family and this is evident in her bubbly personality. Her childhood dream was to be a Rock Star… or a Chef… or a Rock Star Chef. Her love of food and a fast-paced environment led her to work in the restaurant industry, which worked out just perfectly because; as Sheethal says; “Rock stars need to have a good singing voice – which clearly did not work out for me”. Her love of food is ever-present – always the first to test-taste; always up for a new #foodie adventure. And in order to get her mitts on those yummy bits of #foodie deliciousness, she relies on her all senses gifted by her secret super-power…Her secret super-power??? She’s a Ninja ofcourse! Sheethal has been heading up Beerhouse Centurion since May 2017. It has been an interesting and challenging journey but it helps that #SheLovesBeer. Sheethal’s alter-BeerEgo is a BrewDog Punk IPA – because both Sheethal and a Brewdog Punk IPA are fruity with a kick and a Punk Rocker at heart!
